Eggless Chocochip Muffins

Makes 12 muffins
Ingredients:
Flour/ Maida – 2 cups
Sugar-1/2 cup
Baking Powder-1 tbs
Salt-1/2 tsp
Curd-1/4 cup
Milk-1 cup
Oil-1/3 cup
Vanilla Essence-1 tsp
Seme Sweet Chocolate Chips – 3/4 cup

Procedure:
Preheat oven to 200°C.
In a large bowl mix together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Now in the centre add the milk, curd, vanilla and oil.
With a spoon mix to combine. Do not over mix.
Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Divide the batter between 12 liners.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-25 minutes.
Once done, transfer to wire rack.
Serve once warm.
